Having been working with Government agencies, large Banks, Insurance companies and many more since 2016, and developing data protection apps under GDPR regulations and Data leak detection software. We’re now concentrating on our website development technology and we’re looking for account executive professionals to use our kindergarten technology to develop websites for our clients by incorporating physical wooden blocks into digital words without any technical requirement or website knowledge.

 

 

Job Description Summary:

You will be responsible for using prospecting skills to deal with the primary day-to-day responsibility for an ongoing business relationship with clients as well as unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships. The primary focus of this role is to use our software technology to build a site with the client by making the layout with the wooden blocks, take a photo on the smart device and allow innovative app to create a website just like the one they have laid out with their wooden blocks. Concurrently, you will manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal, and work with Account Managers to prevent churn. Your success in this role will be based on quota attainment and inorganic growth.

Requisite Responsibilities

  • The Account Executive is responsible for understanding the customer’s business needs and being a point of contact to new and existing customers.
  • Must be able to handle the day-to-day relationship between our company and our clients with the goal of achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly and annual quotas and key metrics.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, qualifying leads, pitching and closing business.
  • Must have outstanding communication skills and best-in-class customer service.
  • Make a highly positive impact on customer service and team, work well with others, share learnings, build trust, lead by example.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use our kindergarten technology to work on client website project.
  • Creates and manages an account development plan and reports on results
  • Analyse clients needs and develop strategies tailored to kindergarten technology
  • Maintains, develops, and grows a rigorous pipeline, with accurate forecasting.
  • Builds strong “trust” relationships with clients, creating trust and confidence at website building level.
  • Assist in establishing website development priorities based on customer experience.

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
